Quality Measure Configuration: VHAN Initiative-Specific Reports

View VHAN’s Quality Measure guides, which provide details on measure definitions and targets by payor. VHAN has configured custom reports based on the value-based contracts in which you participate. We can assist in building additional reports to help support your practice’s workflows.

For example, we have created an initiative for you called “Aetna Commercial Quality Performance.” This report allows you to review quality performance in your practice for the initiative and drill down into patient level, provider level and location opportunities by measure.
