Welcome to VHAN Hub, your one-stop shop for resources and information. It’s quick and easy to sign up for access to our members-only website: Start by registering a unique login and password.

Make the Most of Membership
To help you fully experience the value of the network, here’s a checklist to get you started.
1. Download the VHAN Member Badge
The VHAN Member Badge designates you as a member of VHAN and represents a consistent message of quality. The badge can be displayed in your practice, on your website and on your practice materials. To receive the badge files, an authorized member of your team must fill out the form on the badge page (linked below) and acknowledge usage guidelines. Once the Member Badge agreement has been signed, the badge files can be downloaded from the page.
2. Update Your Provider Roster
By regularly sending us an updated provider roster, VHAN can ensure data shared with you reflects accurate information, including patient attribution and quality measure opportunities. Accurate, up-to-date data affects patient outcomes and shared savings performance.
